Are you a retail store that sells tobacco in New York State? Are you a distributor or wholesaler of tobacco in New York State? If either of these is true, we invite you to join the New York Tobacconist Association.

We are an organization of New York retailers that work to make sure the rights of independent retail tobacconists are protected and we need your help! Our industry, and your business are under constant attack from rising state taxes, anti-tobacco legislation and more. It is only by working together that we can coordinate and implement a focused lobbying effort to help combat these issues within New York State.

The NYTA board would love to have you join the organization. Dues are just $100 annually for a single location and $300 for locations of three or more. Associate Membership for Cigar Manufacturers, Wholesalers, or Distributors is $750

We are an organization of like-minded individuals who are looking for EVERY tobacconist in the State of New York to not only survive but thrive and grow. We welcome you to help us in this fight. We also have plans for some great fundraising events in the next year like an annual golf tournament.
